Taylor is an absolute gem! From the Meet & Greet to the last visit she was attentive and organized, and our kitty was beyond enamored with her. During the Meet & Greet she took copious notes and asked detailed and relevant questions, filling in gaps if we missed information in our description of our kitty's care. She was sweet and gentle with our fuzz ball, allowing him to approach her on his own terms, not that he is shy in any way, and he took to her immediately. During our trip she took EXCELLENT care of the little velociraptor! She sent extremely descriptive and helpful notes about her visit and what our guy had been up to, as well as the most adorable photos! Not once were we worried about kitty in our absence. In fact, I think he had a great vacation from us, and frankly the little troublemaker behaved better with Taylor than he has since we returned! Taylor is a 50/10!

We’ve had Taylor watch our cats several times now and she is always amazing! she sends thorough updates with great pictures and takes such thoughtful care of our two cats. One of our cats has IBD and the other is completely blind, so there are a lot of moving pieces, yet Taylor always follows all the instructions I leave and provides them with the utmost care. One of our cats can be easily overstimulated and Taylor is always mindful to respect his space and keep a close eye on his warning signs anytime she visits him. Taylor is a great cat sitter. Not only does she take care of my cats just the way I want, including cat meds, my cats love her. My 2 cats are shy and skittish, but Taylor can bring them out. She gives me a detailed report on how they are doing and even reports on how the litter box and their deposits look. And she sends me lots of nice pictures of my cats. Taylor was great. I had to rush out of the house early than expected but Taylor was super accommodating and took good care of my cat. She was super thorough on everything she did and she sent a lot great updates. I could tell by the pics of my cat that my cat really enjoyed playing and being with Taylor. I felt a lot better traveling to Florida knowing my cat was being taken care of back home.

Taylor was phenomenal with our 2 cats for the 9 days we were on vacation. During her introduction visit she took notes and clearly they were detailed because all of her updates included every little thing. One of our cats gets 4 medications and the other gets 1, but twice a day they each get something. Taylor's updates included everything they were given and each visit was exact. She stayed with the boys and gave them lots of love on their terms. I know our cats will love to have her visit again.

My two cats have responded so well to Taylor in such a short amount of time! Taylor also did an amazing job with one of my cats that has chronic GI issues, and she was incredibly helpful which made the process so much less stressful for my kitty as well as me. It is great to have someone helping with my cats that is so reliable and trustworthy.

Taylor took care of our Miss Coco for the second time and once more she was amazing! Our baby is a bit peculiar with her needs due to her kidney disease and advanced age (she is super senior cat). Taylor provided detailed updates and checks for outside the litter box business (common to happen in our case), what make us feel confident on our baby's health while we were away. We felt so at easy knowing Miss Coco was in good hands that we were able to actually enjoy the time off. Super recommend Taylor if you have senior cat that requires special care.

Taylor was amazing with Ms. Coco! Coco is an elderly cat that need some extra attention including frequent oral medications. At first I thought she wouldn't even accept pets from Taylor but for my pleasant surprise not just she accepted those and came out of hiding spot almost every visit. Taylor is super detailed oriented (what I loved it) and make sure to follow all the things you explain to her. I was so much at ease with Taylor taking care of my old lady 😸! Taylor was absolutely incredible while taking care of my cat Benny. I was initially just grateful that someone picked up my reservation for the holidays, but then my cat had double ear infections and and aural hematoma (swollen ear) right before I was set to leave. I was nervous about leaving Benny alone while he was unwell, but Taylor went above and beyond while she was caring for him. She took him to the emergency vet, cleaned his pet stroller after he peed in it, and stayed past the 20 minute session to comfort him. Taylor was able to give him his ear medication like a pro, and she gave me detailed updates and lots of pictures and videos every day. Benny absolutely adored her. And his ear infections and hematoma are in much better condition now that I’m back home. I was traveling halfway across the world and was relieved and grateful to have Benny in such capable and caring hands. 10/10; would reserve Taylor again in a heartbeat!
