Lizzie took care of our senior cat while we were out of town. Our cat took an immediate liking to her. Lizzie was on time, affectionate with our cat, and sent detailed messages with lots of pics. She even thought of a better way to administer my cats medicine. I recommend her to all cat parents

Lizzie is incredible! I highly recommend booking with her. She is so sweet and sends lots of updates with amazing pictures. She is super attentive. I have an automatic water fountain for my cat, and Lizzie noticed almost immediately that the water fountain wasn't running and texted me to make sure it was still working. She followed all my notes perfectly and had zero issues navigating my confusing apartment. I will absolutely be booking again with Lizzie in the future.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
