This was our second booking with Kate, and we have already made a third! Kate is amazing: attentive, loving, caring, and very knowledgeable on the subject of cat behavior. Our shy senior, Leo (11), warmed up to her almost instantly, and he just does not do that with anybody. Kate's impeccable communication via text, photos and videos (within Meowtel's platform) keeps us apprised and worry-free. Warmly recommended!

Kate was amazing! I booked her last minute for a long weekend trip and she made herself available immediately. we spoke on the phone and she took detailed notes and asked questions about my three kitties. she provided great thorough updates each day. she also went above and beyond and vacuumed around our litter box. took cute photos too :) will def be using her again.

Our cats absolutely loved Kate. We had total peace of mind during our entire trip and came home to happy and healthy cats. Even our shy cat immediately came out of her shell around her. Kate is amazing. She truly cares about your cats as if they were her own. My cats are usually pretty skittish, but they came out to greet her and even asked for affection. They clearly felt comfortable with her, and they absolutely adored her. I would recommend her to anyone.

Kate was absolutely wonderful with my two cats! She not only made sure they were well fed and cared for, but also spent time playing with them and giving them lots of attention. She sent me lots of photos and very detailed notes. It’s clear she genuinely loves animals and goes above and beyond in providing outstanding care. As an added bonus, my automatic litter box wasn’t working (I left a back up box) and when I came back, Kate had somehow managed to fix it, and had washed and cleaned the spare box. I will definitely be booking Kate again.

Kate was awesome and took my last minute reservation because of my flight cancellation. she took good care of my cat and refilled his food. it was a last minute request sent at 4AM in the morning and I probably sent very bad instructions but it was followed well
