Jess was excellent. We received regular photo and video updates each day. Jess was even able to coax our shy cat into coming out of hiding for some "people" time. We will definitely hire Jess in the future!

Jess made friends with my shy cats (and loved up my friendly cat!) and sent me pictures of all three of them. She also, very importantly, told them that I missed them and loved them. :D Jess did great work with my slightly prickly cats; kept them safe and fed and happy, and kept me informed and happy. A+++++, will hire again!

My senior cat Sawyer does so well and so much better when I’m gone since Jess has been talking care of him. Same goes for me - the peace of mind that I have knowing that Jess is caring for my sweet, shy fur ball is amazing. She knows exactly what to watch for and what he needs. She’s even helped me make improvements with how I feed him! Her love of cats, training and professionalism are absolutely the best.

Jess is so caring towards my shy cats. After the second time she's taken care of them, they stopped hiding when she's there, which is a big deal for them! Her pictures and updates are awesome. Best cat sitter ever.

Jess was so great checking in on our two cats, with two wildly different personalities and needs, while we were away. Her updates were thorough and entertaining, and we could tell that she wasn’t just feeding the cats, but rather caring for them and what they needed from her while their parents were away for a few nights 🥰
