Hello! My name is Jess & I absolutely love cats! From their sassy independence to their cute toe beans, each has their own personality that makes them special. I am the proud aunt of 3 cats (absolutely spoil by bringing them toys & treats when I visit), and while my current residence does not allow cats, I have had several as pets growing up & as roommates pets that I have cared for like my own. I currently work as a veterinary receptionist at a cat only clinic & have 10+ years experience in pet boarding (manager on duty for my shifts) & the veterinary field working at a few clinics. I am experienced at giving oral medications (liquid & pill), topicals/ointments (eye, ear, skin), injectables like insulin & subcutaneous fluids, to both happy & grumpy cats. I always let a cat come to me when first meeting them, and make sure they are comfortable with me before proceeding & I read their body language to determine what they do & don't like (pets, belly rubs, etc). Jessica just cared for our senior cat Donut over Thanksgiving. This was our second time working with Jessica and we had another wonderful experience! Donut just loves her and really enjoys spending time getting pets, cuddles and being brushed! We received very prompt, detailed updates after Jessica's visits, and excellent photos and videos of Donut too! Jessica also went above and beyond to bring in our packages and mail. It made our trip even better knowing how much Donut enjoyed seeing Jessica each day. We will be excited to have her care for Donut again in the future!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
