Nichole came for a meet and greet the day before I was going to be out of town and it put me at ease to know I was leaving my two kittens in the hands of a caring professional. Nichole was very communicative, sent photos/videos, and took great care of the kittens. My cats can be a little shy around strangers but they seemed to warm up to her immediately! I will not hesitate to reach out to her again in the future.
