If there's something about a cat she doesn't understand, Toni will do thorough research on the topic. She is very communicative with people too. If something comes up that causes a change in plans, or she needs help with something, Toni will speak up. She won't just ignore the problem or say nothing about the problem and let people get surprised by it later. Toni also has strong attention-to-detail and pays attention to subtle things or changes. With cat sitting for her friends, she sends updates several times a day about how the cat's doing. She makes sure it's well-cared for, feels comfortable, and gives it a lot of attention. I would describe her as somewhat of a cat whisperer.
