I am a fellow Meowtel sitter so I take my kitty’s care very seriously. Willow is a 10 year old with only one eye, a chronic respiratory illness, and active gastrointestinal cancer. Willow requires medication 2x a day and her food intake has to be watched somewhat closely. Erin went above and beyond in creating a safe and comfortable space for Willow. We LOVED her photos and her updates were amazingly detailed. I would not hesitate to recommend Erin to my friends and clients!! We can’t wait to have her watch Willow again soon.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
