Being our first time with a kitty sitter, we were a bit nervous leaving Watson for multiple days. But Nevaeh's absolutely the best. She put my mind at ease the moment we met her at our meet and greet, and Watson took to her immediately. She knows a lot about cats and their behaviors, gave Watson undivided attention, and did just what we asked. Kind and respectful catsitter! Very attentive and more than personable. Shows up on time, every time. Also will always provide updates and pictures. Never makes you feel as though your pets are at risk, in fact quite the opposite. She provides the utmost care.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
