Kim was really great to work with:) She was super responsive, sent lots of cute pics of our cats while we were away, and I especially appreciated how she kept the litter box & home really tidy! It was so nice to come home to. I enjoyed having her as our cat sitter & highly recommend her to watch your cats too! Cheers!

Kim was available to help us out on around a week’s notice for Thanksgiving since one of our cats was prescribed medication for every 12 hours and we had a hotel reservation out of town for Thanksgiving. She was able to come in and help us out and once again went above and beyond what was needed. We’re definitely going to try to stick with Kim in the future if she’s available when we need a cat sitter.

Kim was fantastic, sent very detailed updates and pictures. She got our shy cat Link to allow her to pet him, and went and found our super shy cat Zelda to ensure she was ok. All four of our cats seemed calm when we got home as if everything was normal. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! She also went above and beyond and washed the plates used for wet food even though we told her it wasn’t necessary since we had enough clean plates, so we didn’t have to do a lot of dishes when we got home, and she also brought in our mail even though we hadn’t asked for that either! We will certainly be looking to book her again when we need our cats taken care of.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
