Rachel was amazing with our cat. Kept us very well informed (sending pics and videos) about him and was proactive!!! will definitely call her again !

the sitter we arranged for backed out the morning of our trip, and so we had to find someone at the last minute. Rachel not only accepted the last minute, but was very accommodating and understanding of our crazy out-the-door mentality. we also had a lot of instructions for her, mostly like fill little coolers with water and reset them, use specific pitchers for filtered water for the cat, etc. she not only followed all of our crazy requests, but she also scooped the litter, gave lots of love and sent pictures - above and beyond. we will definitely be hiring Rachel again.

Rachel was very communicative and shared pictures and updates about the cats when I was away. However, when I returned home, my house reeked and I checked the litter box and she hadn't cleaned it properly. It looked and smelled horrible, and I sent her a picture, yet her response to me had no acknowledgment of the problem. She said she had cleaned it but that I needed to do a deep clean. That wouldn't have been necessary had she actually taken care of it like she was paid to do. She removed only the loose stools at the top, not the clumped litter at the bottom, which therefore built up for a week... and stunk. Not only that, she never once cleaned or used a clean bowl or plate to feed each cat each day, instead just adding new food to their dirty plates for an entire week. I was extremely disappointed and shocked by the lack of care and common sense. I was hesitant to ever use Meowtel again, but after a recent job, I realize my experience with Rachel was not the norm.

Rachel was absolutely amazing with our cats. She went out of her way to accommodate each of their needs and also made sure to clean and vacuum any spilled litter. Rachel even took portrait pictures of our cats which we are going to frame ?? Would definitely hire Rachel again!!

Rachel did an amazing job! She was very diligent and took great care of my kids. She handled my semi-feral very well. The litter boxes were kept very clean and she sent me detailed updates each visit with videos and pictures. Great cat sitter and I would hire her again the next time I need a sitter.

Rachel took such great care of our Sarah, sending sent photos and videos to our family every day of not only our cat but also my daughter's fish, who she also fed. We couldn't have asked for a better, more involved, more caring, and more communicative cat sitter and we would gladly have her sit for our cat again. Highly recommended.

Rachel sent me the most wonderful updates with time stamps on photos while I was gone. With Covid I haven’t been able to socialize my cats, but Rachel was so patient, and managed to get my cats to warm up to her and even let her pet them. Needless to say I was impressed! Will be booking her again!!

Rachel is amazing! She took notes when we did our meet & greet and gave detailed reports including photos and videos! She was awesome with our cat and gave him lots of attention (he’s needy and loved it). Highly recommend booking with Rachel!

I would recommend Rachel for sure! She made a great connection with my cat Sofy, whom is very shy at fist but they broke the ice, and Sofy felt very comfortable opening up to Rachel. I would definitely request Rachel in the future to cat-sit Sofy. I’m sure Sofy will not allow me to request anyone else. I was super happy and worry-free for 3 weeks knowing Sofy was in good hands and was having a time of her life while I was away. I appreciated all the pictures and videos I received after I got back from my training. ????

Rachel was fantastic! It was our first time using a cat sitting service and the process was so smooth. We loved getting the daily update messages and pictures. She was also very safe and respectful of our home. We would definitely use Rachel again for future sitting needs!

I was out of town for the day, and she came to feed the cats in the time window asked for. I was happy when I saw the texts with video showing the cats being fed. Recommended and will hire her again.
