She provided daily photo updates and kept us well informed about our cats’ eating habits, litter box status, and overall demeanor, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She also handled an accident clean-up without issue and made sure to spend quality playtime with our cats. She was very responsible with our home and followed all house instructions carefully. It was clear she was attentive, reliable, and genuinely cared about our cats’ well-being. We felt completely comfortable having her care for our cats in our home and would absolutely book her again. Highly recommend!

Anastasia has been a godsend for us. Our shy cat never warmed up to previous caretakers and was always cranky when we returned from our trip. Not anymore! After just a few visits he started warming up to her and now he adores her. He’s a happy fella when we return, too. Anastasia had made a huge difference in both our comfort and that of our kitties.

Anastasia is a fantastic kitty-sitter. My cats both really took to her - even my Girl kitty who can be a bit standoff-ish with new people. She followed instructions perfectly. She took wonderful photos and videos, with daily updates. She even gave my kitties a special toy each. Responded to my messages quickly. We will absolutely use her again. She took away the stress of leaving our cats alone when we travel.

Anastasia was fantastic as usual. I have auto feeders and one of them had an issue. She noticed the issue and notified me immediately, then stayed to fix it. Having peace of mind to know the cats are taken care of and small details are noticed AND taken care of gives me peace of mind to travel.

Anastasia truly is the best! We haven’t been away from Jack in a while and we knew it would be hard for him. she went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and felt loved. She even brought her own toys to keep him occupied. We are so lucky to have her!!

Anastasia was great from the start. She arrived promptly to the meet and greet and my shy kitties came out to meet her. While we were away she sent me updates and photos with every visit. When we got back the kitties weren’t anxious and they seemed happy.

We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter than Anastasia! She took amazing care of our two cats while we were away in Europe for two weeks. I haven't used Meowtel before as a neighbor usually takes care of my fur babies. Was a little skeptical, but honestly I couldn't have asked for a better caretaker! Anastasia immediately put my mind at ease when we met and she started petting my cats. Throughout my trip she sent me lots of photos and videos and updates about the visits. She brought catnip toys which they liked and even did an extra litter cleanup so I didn't have to deal with it when I got home. Everything was clean and the cats seemed relaxed when I got back home. I don't have one even minor criticism about her, at all, it went so smoothly. If I need to I will definitely not hesitate to hire her again, she was excellent... and I'll recommend her to my kitty friends.

Stasia was incredible! She took such amazing care of Libby. She wrote detailed messages each day and included tons of pictures and videos. She went above and beyond and toweled off our entryway when it flooded and even did the laundry! She also brought Libby a toy on her last day. We'll definitely be booking with her again!

She handled the very important job of administering the multiple medications our cats needed at the time. No small task! This was our first time using a cat sitting service and it was an amazing one with Anastasia! She sent lots of photos and updates with each visit (litterbox, each of the cats lounging or playing, mail brought in, etc). We felt so comfortable having her come and look after Spooky and Wolfie. We even had an issue with our flight home and Anastasia was able to accommodate one extra day for us (was able to book one more day via the app). She was very easy to communicate with and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with her again next time we go out of town 😊😊😊

Anastasia is extremely professional and put me at ease about using a cat sitter for the first time.
