Hello! Let me start off by saying I am a big animal lover! I owned dogs before I owned my first cat, and since then have become a big cat person! I am 20 years old and attend CSULB! In my high school years, I did lots of volunteering at the Aquarium of the Pacific and at Adopt & Shop, so it’s safe to say I am experienced when it comes to animals! I started professionally pet-sitting in November of 2020 and fell in love with it. I have 2 cats of my own but love meeting new felines. Rest assured, your cats are safe with me! Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
