Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have a 5 year old cat named Ihmotep (Imo for short). I adopted him and his sister Oni in 2021. Unfortunately we lost Oni from FIP when she was 2 years old. Imo is very active and loves jumping on the cabinets, chasing the wand toy, and playing fetch.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, I’m usually available during the holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. I can provide cat sitting services for longer streches of time as well.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Having worked with timid and anxious cats before, I like to make sure the cat feels as comfortable as possible. What this often looks like is sitting in the floor near the cat and speaking to them in a calm voice while watching their body language. From there, if they look comfortable, I’ll offer them my hand to sniff. I will never grab, yell, or force interaction with a cat.

Nicole took wonderful care of my Cat Miso for a long weekend. I had just moved to SF and my cat was naturally anxious and unsettled with the ease. She very quickly warmed up to Nicole, and Nicole did a great job feeding her, keeping my home tidy from my cat’s messes, and playing with her. Would strongly recommend Nicole and look forward to having her sit again!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
