Our almost 16-year-old cat, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires subcutaneous fluids, a specialized diet, and extra attention. Denise handled his care with confidence and compassion, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Our other cat, Jon, is extremely particular and does not warm up easily to new people. Despite this, Denise was patient and thoughtful in how she approached him, respecting his boundaries while still ensuring he was properly cared for—even when he was being a bit challenging around mealtime. Beyond their care, Denise was incredibly communicative. She sent us regular updates, including sweet videos and thoughtful messages, which made being away from them much easier.
