Kayleigh took excellent care of my cats!! And she took excellent care of me (smile) by sending lots of texts, pictures, and videos to assure me everything was going well. I have one cat, Malcolm, who is incredibly shy around new people – he wouldn’t come out from under the bed for our meet and greet and I was worried he might not come out at all during her visits. However, on day one of my trip I received a picture of him on the stairs, and by day two I received a video of them playing together. Knowing this cat, I literally couldn’t believe what I was seeing! For him to feel that comfortable in such a short period of time is such a testament to Kayleigh and her genuine affection for my sweet kitties.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
