Brittany sold me on getting a cat and joining the world of crazy cat owners. Britt was amazing with our three cats—Jack, Eva, and Clifton—while we were away for the week. She kept in touch every day with updates and super cute pics, which totally put our minds at ease. You could tell she really spent time with them, playing and hanging out, not just popping in and out. Everything was super clean—litter boxes, food and water bowls—and the cats were clearly happy and comfortable when we got back. Jack can be a little shy, but even he warmed up to Britt, which says a lot! If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, caring, and genuinely loves animals, Britt’s your person. We’ll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
