Reese was an amazing catsitter! I was hesitant to experiment with cat sitters, since I have a special needs kitty, and this month was my first time away from them, but Reese's level of attention to detail made me feel reassured that I was leaving my special boy in very capable hands. Right off the bat, at our meet and greet, she pulled out a note pad and was taking detailed notes on everything I was saying about my cats, their behaviors, their preferences, and care instructions. After every care session, Reese would send me an extremely detailed account of what occured during her visit, including what she fed them, what toys she used to play with them, how they were behaving, etc. It reassured me very much to know that my pet sitter had an understanding of how anxious I was for updates, especially about my special needs kitty. She also sent very cute pictures and short videos of playtime with my cats, which were always the highlight of my day while I was away. Amazing experience. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
