Hi, I’m Romney and I’ve been a cat parent nearly my whole life. I feel blessed to have four kitty companions - two of whom are seniors! I know how valuable it is to have the right person in place to watch my cats when I have to be away, and it’s my goal to provide an excellent experience for my Customers and my Cat-stomers alike. Whether your cats would prefer multiple visits each day or overnight companionship while you’re on your trip, I’m happy to be of service! Please don’t fret if you have more than one set of paws that needs attention during your trip! I recommend a 20-45 minute visit for 1-2 cats and a 45-60 minute visit for 3 or more cats, but I ultimately trust your judgment! Book the appropriate amount of time under one kitty’s name, and we can go over the needs for all your cats during the meet and greet. I’m well-versed in all components of cat care including unique mealtime routines, play time, litter box maintenance and cleaning and medication administration. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
