Natalia was great! My cats were super shy while she watched them but she made sure that they had everything they needed. She kept their bowls clean and swept up the litter. Although there were only two sightings, she made an effort to look for them and ensure they were comfortable. Natalia has a calm energy which blends well with my cats. Sage & Basil usually are mad at us for days after we return but this time they bounced back into the playful and loving cats they are within hours. I would love to book her again in the future.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
