When caring for multiple-kitty homes, I love to equally give attention to each cat individually, and even have experience with special needs kitties. I’ve administered liquid, topical, and pill-form medications... Hi! Cats are by far my favorite animals and I've grown up with them since I was a little girl. I currently have two of my own, raised since they were babies. I've cat-sat for many people anywhere from days to months at a time and have been a Meowtel sitter since 2020! I've seen it all- the elite socialites, to the kitties who barely show face.
When caring for multiple-kitty homes, I love to equally give attention to each cat individually, and even have experience with special needs kitties. I’ve administered liquid, topical, and pill-form medications. I truly enjoy my time with them and even if I'm just dropping in for a feeding, you'll bet I'll be showing them some love as well! ☺️
I'm a New Jersey transplant and work in property management. This is a 9am-6pm job so please keep this in mind when you’re booking. I live in downtown LA and love walking around the area. It'd be great if you were located in this area as well, but I do have a car and am totally fine with commuting!
I do take COVID very seriously and have been fully vaccinated and boosted. I will be more than aware while in your home to stay safe and keep clean!

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
Communicating very clearly their wants & needs for their babies! I know how nerve wracking it can be to travel and I want them to feel as comfortable as possible by knowing exactly what they’re looking for.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I’ve encountered many of these including my own! Patience is a virtue and I never force it if a cat isn’t feelin’ it; baby steps and slow progress to build trust each visit💘

Julia is the best! My two anti social monsters LOVE her which is quite a feat. I know they are in great hands while I am away, she’s wonderful at sharing updates and communicating with me. She treats them as if they were her own pets, going above and beyond what I think most sitters would. For example recently my building’s elevators were out of service and she took the stairs 15 floors (!) to complete the visit. 🙀

I had a very disappointing experience with this cat sitter. Despite having automatic feeders and litter boxes that only needed occasional checking, I came home to a house that was a total mess. My cats had accidents all over the place...on furniture, in the hamper, even on the window ledge. It was clear the basic care instructions weren’t followed. To top it off, she asked if she could bring her boyfriend over to my home, which I found completely unprofessional and against my rules. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this sitter based on my experience🥺🥺

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Los Angeles cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $34.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet!
