Cassie was absolutely phenomenal with my two British Shorthair gentlemen, Snowy and President Alu. I left detailed instructions, and Cassie followed every single one flawlessly — which is impressive, because both cats have very strong feelings about routine and standards. Cassie was always on time and consistently went above and beyond what was asked of her. I received a steady stream of ridiculously cute photos and videos that made it obvious my cats were balling without me. Snowy looked like an aristocrat on vacation, while President Alu appeared to be supervising operations, as usual. What really set Cassie apart was how genuinely attentive and thoughtful she was. This was not just "feed, scoop, leave" care — it was clear she actually paid attention to my cats' personalities and needs. I came home to two relaxed, happy cats and zero stress. If you want complete peace of mind and a sitter who treats your pets like they're her own, book Cassie right meow! Snowy and President Alu would absolutely endorse Cassie… though President Alu would probably want to negotiate the terms first.

Cassie was a fantastic help for our kitties! Anita and Heidi are cats that need some extra care (meds and more senior) and they were so chill when we got home, a clear sign they’d been well taken care of!! Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
