Hi! I'm Kayla! I've been a cat lover my whole life, and I'm so excited to do this as my job. It's a dream come true. I grew up with a menagerie of pets at home - cats, dogs, fish, crayfish, chickens, even a tortoise! I have lots of experience caring for animals, and I love to get to know their individual needs, quirks and personalities. My two cats, Moosie and Beanie, are my favorite little buddies and they love to "help me" with my regular job as a graphic designer. Moosie has even starred in some of my creations! In order to best care for my cats, I recently became cat First Aid (including pet CPR) certified through the American Red Cross program. I have personal experience with giving cats pills, eye drops, and ointments, as well as caring for picky eaters, and shy friends. I have lots of experience introducing myself to new pets, and I'm very sensitive to their need for space and respect. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Gift Card Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
