What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love meeting new cats, whether they are super social or not. Giving a cat quality care while they are going through a stressful time with their owner being gone is one of my favorite things to do. Anything I can do to make a cat happier is what I want to be doing.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Attention to detail is key. Following the guidlines, instructions and prodocals that the owners left is critical. If cats need to be given certain medicine at certain times, I make sure to set reminders and that I understand dosage and how to administer before the cats are in my care. I make sure to follow owner’s instructions if certain doors/cabinates need to be closed. If AC needs to be on for temperature control. Communicating with the owner what to do in case of emergency. Knowing local vet/location of cat carriers etc. Double checking that everything has been done before leaving from a visit is the best way for o ensure the kitties security.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, I am usually available for all major and minor holidays. I typically don’t travel for holidays and am here for those cat owners that do.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
