Esther was caring for my cats during a weekend of a big snow storm. She made sure to leave extra food and water for my cats just in case the storm prevented her from getting to my apartment the next day. She was luckily still able to make it, but I really appreciated the thought and care she put in to make sure my cats were safe and sound during a major storm.

Esther is amazing and even taught us a new trick to give our very feisty Bengal her medication! The kitties were very happy and her updates were thorough! She made going away so much easier!

we’ve had Somen for nearly two years now and while he is constantly affectionate with us, he has never once approached a stranger. he would hide for 6 days straight if there was any traffic in and out of the apartment. Esther had him literally eating out of her hand by the end of our vacation. im not really sure how this is possible but she did if.

I had not left my cat, Gigi, alone overnight since I adopted her over a year ago so I was pretty nervous about how she might react while I was away for an entire week. Gigi can also be particular about her eating habits so I was concerned about whether she would stop eating entirely. Esther was extremely communicative and flexible, adjusting Gigi’s eating schedule as needed. I am one of those over the top pet parents who left a ton of information and instructions (too much info and instructions haha) but Esther took it all in stride and was very detail oriented. Her photos and videos of Gigi were adorable and her updates were detailed and put me at ease during my time away. I would not hesitate to book Esther again for a short or long trip. She also left Gigi a handmade catnip toy and some treats during the end of the booking which was a classy and personal touch.

Esther took purrfect care of our 4 cats including one that is on cancer treatment at home. She enticed my skittish cats and played with them so they'd be mentally stimulated. she also sent regular updates with pics and video of our furries.

We are repeat clients of Esther's and she has been great each time, leaving our home spotless! Last time, she dealt with my Zeus being a little stressed out by our being gone really patiently and diligently when he tore into a plastic bag of treats; she spoke with our vet and monitored him to ensure he didn't swallow any plastic. This time, she took steps to keep him from doing the same thing, which we appreciated. Thank you again!

Our last Meowtel catsitter moved out of our area but luckily we found Esther and would 1000% book her again. We have a high needs older cat who needed twice a day visits and a slightly younger cat that can be distant/wary of new people but both animals warmed to her. She sent a ton of very cute photos during the two weeks we were gone and kept us updated in detail when she was concerned about one of the cats. We really appreciated her communication and her care, and are happy that we've found a new cat sitter!

I am so glad my first experience using a cat sitter was with Esther! She got along so well with my older cat, who is typically shy around new people. Even during the meet & greet, I could see they would be fast friends! Esther was very attentive to my cat's needs and instructions, and sent the best photos and videos that put my mind at ease while I was away. This was my first time with Esther as the cat-sitter to my 3 cats, and it was a really wonderful experience! She was very timely with their feedings (my kitties are fed 4 times a day), sending photos at each feeding, in addition to photos and videos of them playing and hanging out a couple times each day. When I came home, my apartment was very clean, trash taken out, and the dishes were washed very well. I have a thing about well-washed dishes, and she did them better than any other cat-sitter I've had before, even without my mentioning it to her. She also left some sweet mementos for me that I really appreciated. Esther is very conscientious, and my cats seemed to really like her! I would hire her again in the future!
