We have never booked a cat watcher before because my cats are my babies and I’ve been too nervous to leave them with anyone, but we knew Elizabeth came well recommended, and when we did our meet and greet I could tell instantly she was a cat person! All three of our cats came out to her which is shocking because two are always hiding with new people. I have an 11 year old persian cat with advanced kidney disease/IBD and tons of medication requirements (probiotics, oral syringes, pills, sub q fluids), but Elizabeth handled everything like a pro and provided constant updates and check ins to confirm everything was going great. Elizabeth was the perfect choice for my 15 year old fur baby Benji who was diagnosed a few years ago with Hyperthyroidism. Leaving him with a stranger was difficult for me but I felt Elizabeth had all the qualifications I was looking to care for Benji while I was away. Benji is a bit shy around strangers but he warmed up to Elizabeth very quickly even allowing her pet him and apply his medication. Elizabeth responded quickly to my text messages and was always reassuring which made me feel at ease. She sent me photos and videos of Benji which I really appreciated. She prepared his food perfectly even giving me tips and suggestions on how best to prepare his food so that Benji would eat. I truly appreciate it because I have such a hard time with his meds and food. Elizabeth also provided a tool for giving Benji his pill medication which makes it so much easier and very helpful. I was worried about leaving my elderly cat with some evolving health issues for two weeks, but Elizabeth took amazing care of him and communicated well while I was gone, and I came home to find him looking healthier than he had in a while.
