My partner and I were a little timid to try an app, but I've become a big fan thanks to our great experience with Haruka! She was amazing with our cats, even though one has severe physical limitations (CH). They loved her immediately, which they don't do with everyone - so we knew from the start she had great kitty karma! She also gave thorough updates, with great photos and videos and was super communicative. Wish I could give her 6 stars!

Another visit with Haruka where we knew she would take great care of our fur baby, including making sure he wasn’t too hot in the apt during the summer. Her updates go a long way when we’re away and missing him too!
