Haruka did a wonderful job taking care of and hanging with Ben! She is a communicative, caring, and detail-oriented sitter, and most importantly Ben loved her. I received many photos and videos to put me at ease while I was away. Highly recommend her, and will be booking her again for any future trips.

Haruka was so wonderful! she was super on top of everything, sent us lots of photos and videos, even late at night (cause she knew we were up late driving) and left our home spotless. she clearly loves animal, and our cats took to her right away. I'd recommend her to anyone!

My partner and I were a little timid to try an app, but I've become a big fan thanks to our great experience with Haruka! She was amazing with our cats, even though one has severe physical limitations (CH). They loved her immediately, which they don't do with everyone - so we knew from the start she had great kitty karma! She also gave thorough updates, with great photos and videos and was super communicative. Wish I could give her 6 stars!
