What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I enjoy meeting and bonding with all kinds of cats. Building connections and earning their trust is very important to me. My favorite part of cat sitting is providing exceptional love and care to a kitty while its owners are away. I aim to ensure that the cat feels safe and stress-free during that time. Additionally, I love giving peace of mind to cat parents, knowing their kitties are in good hands.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Yes! I have two cats, one is a 7-year-old named Tony, and one is a 15-year-old named Cookie. Cookie is diabetic, on insulin, and on a special diet. Tony is a bit more independent and likes to do his own thing and get cuddles when he wants them. Cookie is a mush and loves attention and being held.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I begin by introducing myself in detail, sharing my background and experience. I include my full name and a brief overview of my love for animals, particularly cats. I ensure clients can easily reach me with any questions or concerns. Next, I outline my usual cat-sitting process, which includes an initial meet to familiarize myself with the cats and their environment. During this visit, I take notes on the cats’ habits, dietary needs, and any medical requirements, as well as discussing how to best keep them comfortable and happy during my time with them. Finally, I discuss expectations with the clients, covering how often I will send them updates and photos, as well as my protocols

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
