Grace was a lifesaver who immediately stepped in when our originally scheduled sitter had an emergency and could no longer sit for us. We were leaving on a trip the next day and she was still able to come that evening on short notice (during a thunderstorm!) for a meet and greet. I was anxious about leaving our cats since they have some aggression and anxiety issues and she put my mind at ease with her updates and photos assuring me they seemed calm and relaxed. She even went above and beyond by refreshing their litter and cleaning their water fountain (one of my least favorite chores) the day we got back, so everything was nice and tidy. We will definitely use Grace again!

Grace was extremely accommodating and reassuring leading up to our trip, meeting us in person and helping to ensure we would be comfortable with our first Meowtel experience. While we were away, she was extremely communicative sending photos and videos. Our shy cat even felt comfortable enough to come out! Grace went above and beyond with caring for my kitties, esp. since one of them has asthma and giving him the inhaler meds is not easy! This was my first time using a pet sitter and was a bit nervous about it, but I ended up feeling like my kitty was in good hands! Grace sent detailed updates with multiple photos each visit, made sure she was taken care of and was able to make friends with my shy lady! She even let me know she fed her a little extra dry food from the dry food dispenser when she wasn’t sure if it had been working in the mornings. It was(cat would just gobble everything up and leave no leftovers 😂), but it shows how thoughtful she is being towards their wellbeing! Would 100% recommend!

This is our second time booking Grace and it won't be the last! the daily pictures of not only the cats but the food and litter box is a great way for us to gauge how the cats are doing. She sends a before and after picture. This allows us to see if they are eating their usual amount and going to the bathroom just like they would if we were home.
