Shivonna looked after our three kitties for three weeks this summer, and she gave them so much attention and love that they seem a bit disappointed to have us back! 😂She gave us daily updates and she is also a terrific photographer so we have gorgeous photos of the cats, too. Shivonna is incredibly conscientious and caring. We don’t plan to use anyone else.

Shivonna was available to watch our 2 senior cats, with little notice right after Thanksgiving. Although she wasn't available for as many visits that we had wanted because it was such a busy time, she still made the time to stop by each day to care for our cats. She followed our instructions and the cats seemed well taken care of when we got home. We would definitely ask her to watch them again if we planned another trip!

Shivonna is a life saver. I recently moved to Buffalo and had to find a new support system for everything! My cat is awesome, but very shy. Shivonna had absolutely no issue getting her to eat, play, and try to enjoy while I was away. Shivonna send videos, pics. 100% best cat sitter ever.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
