Grace is an awesome cat sitter! She was very communicative and provided regular updates with photos. She also went above and beyond and came by twice the first evening when the key we left wasn’t working. She also clearly spent time and played with our little ones! They were happy cats when we got home :)

Grace is just amazing. She takes such great care of our ladies and sends some awesome pics. Mae absolutely adore her and Eesah, who generally runs and hides from strangers, likes her as well. She'll definitely take care of our girls anytime we're out of town.

Grace was incredibly supportive and communicative. My cat loved her, and my cat is picky about people. She reached out regularly and sent me multiple photos every day. She also brought in a package and dripped my faucets for me during the freeze. She even left bowls out under them so the water wouldn’t be wasted! I plan to hire her every time I go out of town, and I couldn’t recommend her more to anyone looking for a sitter.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
