Heidi was absolutely amazing taking care of our cat Pringle, while we were out of town. We are first time cat owners with limited experience. She observed some peculiarities in his habits, gave us very insightful dietary tips for him, and even brought food for him that she recommended (he loves it and it is having an extremely positive impact). Every day, Heidi texted us detailed updates including cute pics of Pringle, and made sure that everything was in great shape. She is amazing, and has our highest recommendations.

Heidi was fantastic! We have one very shy emotional kitty that will bully our other kitty if he's not getting attention and stimulation. I'm always worried that he will not get the attention he needs if he's not comfortable with whoever is coming to watch them. He warmed up to Heidi so quickly. She sent daily updates and photos which were so reassuring. I could tell by the photos and the looks on his face and body language that he became very comfortable with her. It was so much easier to enjoy our time away knowing they were in great hands. 10/10 would recommend!

Heidi is THE BEST. she was so sweet with the cats and did all kinds of extra things around the house (brought in packages, brought our trash cans up from the street, etc) and sent us pictures and updates after every visit. I can’t recommended her enough!

Heidi is a cat whisperer, my cat takes a while to warm up to people but not Heidi. Heidi is reliable and professional. When I got back, Charly (my cat) felt healthier and happier than when I left, I think Heidi takes better care of her than I do. It was great coming back and feeling like Charly had a little vacation of her own! You'll be lucky to have Heidi watch your cat/cats.
