Helen was truly one of the best cat sitters I’ve ever had. I loved using the Meowtel app because the background checks and everything made it feel very safe and trustworthy. While I was away, Helen sent frequent updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cat was happy and well cared for. She went above and beyond by washing dirty food bowls, setting up my cat’s new litter box, even bringing packages inside, offering to come extra days if needed. I always felt like my cat was safe and cared for. I would absolutely book Helen again and highly recommend her as a reliable, communicative, and thoughtful cat sitter.
