I would say my experience was very average, but could have been better. Responsiveness wasn’t there initially, visit times were provided but weren’t followed, and key drop off could’ve been coordinated better. I can say my cats were good but I’m glad it wasn’t a longer trip.

Nicolette was an amazing cat sitter for us while we left out of town for the weekend! She was very attentive and caring towards our two adult cats, ensuring that they were fed, had water, and were doing well. Nicolette was also very responsive and communicated with us throughout the entire time. We look forward to working with her again in the future!

I became friends with Nickie at our local gym. She is the type of person you immediately want to get to know! We bonded right away over the fact that we both have 2 kitties. I'm going out of town this weekend and know that my babies will be in great hands with Nickie; She treats them as her own.

Nickie is trustworthy, reliable, and great with cats. She has two girls of her own and gets along great with my calico. I have known her for seven years and trust her to take good care of my kitty and my home. Even though my cat can be a bit of a diva, Nickie is gentle, friendly, and respects her boundaries, and she has earned her trust. In addition to regular feeding and litter cleanup, she also gives her play time, treats, and fun bird videos. I can’t recommend her enough!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
