Heidi was so incredible with my 2 cats! It was my first time leaving them to go out of town (new cat mom) and I was nervous about how it would go. Heidi took the extra care and time to send me lots of pictures and updates. In one scheduled meeting time, she managed to feed them, play with them, clean the litter box, have a photo shoot (for my benefit), AND give them lots of love! Heidi is so kind, agreeable, and really knows cats.

Heidi is a cat whisperer, my cat takes a while to warm up to people but not Heidi. Heidi is reliable and professional. When I got back, Charly (my cat) felt healthier and happier than when I left, I think Heidi takes better care of her than I do. It was great coming back and feeling like Charly had a little vacation of her own! You'll be lucky to have Heidi watch your cat/cats. She even offered to give me a cat carrier she doesn't use anymore. She's the fricken best!
