I love cats because of how silly they can be! Since I am currently a cat sitter and have 2 cats of my own, there is never a day a cat doesn’t make me laugh or smile. I currently own 2 girl cats that are ameowzing! I love cat sitting because it provides me with the pleasure of meeting other cats and caring for them part time. I don’t have room in my house for anymore cats and being able to cat sit provides me the pleasure of hanging out with new cats daily.
I live near South Congress strip. I have 100+ visits of experience doing drop-ins in Austin. In addition to that, I have years of experience caring for my own cats and friends' and families' cats. I will care for your cat as if it were my own whether that be to play, feed, or administer medication I am there... hi cat parents!

I used to own a FeLV herpes lymphoma cat that required a lot of medications and a close eye. As a cat sitter, I have plenty of experience watching cats from all walks of life and administering different types of medications, as well as caring for different needs.
When I am not working or caring for cats, I enjoy being a local foodie, and doing aerial silks.

I treat every cat I care for as if it were my own because I love cats! I work remotely, so I am able to provide care for your pet throughout the day and am happy to discuss specifics.

I am also fully vaccinated and can take any precautions as needed.

I am always happy to do meet and greets or video calls.

I make sure to devote a good portion of my day for the pet I care for.

I make sure to give your cat my full attention and play with them or leave them be as needed with cats sometimes. I give them all the love they miss while you’re out of town

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been cat sitting for about 5 years during this time I have met many different cats with different personalities and different needs. I have met diabetic cats, cats with utis, felv+ cats, and have loved every second of cat sitting

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love cats and love meeting them and giving them pets. I truly give them the love I think their owners would if they were there.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

Cat sitting is often the best part of my day and I enjoy it because of that anytime I have a cat sitting.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have two cats, one is name aria and nicknamed little girl or LG. My other cat is named Spencer and nicknamed Spencer wencer or little baby.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

Make sure you check for the cat sitter availability first and make sure you book with enough time to do a meet and greet because you never know if your cats will like a new person some cats act differently around different people

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I typically message them letting them know if I am or am not available and then schedule a meet and greet.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I make sure my full attention is on the cats and the home. I make sure I follow instructions and usually before I leave the house I make sure the cats are still inside and always watch the door while I walk out. As a cat sitter you always have to keep cat parents informed of any changes in their home or with the cats while they’re gone.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am but I get booked up very quickly because I have been cat sitting for so long. I recommend you always book in advance with any cat sitter to make sure you are able to find someone you want to care for your cats with enough time.

What is your favorite cat toy?

I love using a laser or cat wand to play with cats. I also love giving cats catnip and seeing their reactions.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

It honestly always depends on the cat. Sometimes I talk to them sometimes they get scared when they hear my voice so I just sit near them being quiet and they warm up. It just depends on the cat.

She was so wonderful with my Bobbie, I got pictures everyday and she kept him on his anxiety medication. Bobbie was always excited to see her so I know she was kind to him while I was gone! Gisela also left a little gift bag with two cat shaped sticky notes and a toy for Bobbie, highly recommend Gisela!

Gisela was an amazing cat sitter for Hazel. She went above and beyond playing with and keeping her company while I was out of town. She sent me like 15 pictures each time she visited which gave me peace of mind. I also really like that she does a meet and greet before confirming the booking to meet the cat and receive instructions. Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
