this is my second time booking Crystal to sit our cats and it’s also the longest my husband and I have been away from the kitties (2 weeks). Crystal is an excellent communicator and loves our cats as much as her own. She kept us updated regularly with thoughtful messages and photos, truly putting our oversea hearts at ease. She is also careful with perishable wet food, storing neatly in the fridge as I request it. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust so completely. Crystal is a gem, and I’d recommend her to any pet parent without hesitation!

Crystal is a fantastic cat sitter! my husband and I have full confidence of Crystal since our first meet and greet. I can tell our cat Coco loves hanging out with her. his eyes say it all! I am especially thankful for Crystal for her responsiveness especially to an emergency situation. I had to be hospitalized on the last day of my trip and had to miss my flight. I asked Crystal if she is willing to check on the cats for another night and she was above and beyond accommodating (i of course will compensate for the extra day). thank you so much for your responsiveness, understanding and service! 💕

We were very nervous to leave our cats at home while we went on vacation, but after meeting Crystal we knew that our cats would be in good hands. She was super attentive and gave us great updates and photos of our cats to let us know they were doing okay. We have two cats, one of which is super shy, and Crystal was very patient with her and didn’t force her to come out or anything. Our shy cat even started to be comfortable around Crystal the last two days which is amazing because our cat has never warmed up to anyone else besides us. Crystal went out of her way to sweep the litter in our bathroom and even offered to vacuum the carpet around our other litter box. She gave our cats lots of treats and love. We will 100% book her again.
