"I recently hurt my shoulder & was unable to take care of my two sweethearts. Hubby was leaving for 4 days for a trip out of state, and I needed someone I could trust who'd care for my fur babies. I quickly found Meowtel, liked everything about the site: user friendliness, amount of info, and great reviews from clients who booked the service previously. I selected Patricia - she was close by, had awesome reviews/credentials, & the ability to work with anyone's schedule. The cost was affordable & was set up to serve 20 - 60 minute visists or, even overnight sessions. The meet & greet, to see if there was a great fit between Patricia & my cats, went very well. She bonded with my two cats, even my shy one who never bonded with a stranger before. I was further impressed when she was able to put together the grinder my husband used to grind the prescription food for my little girl. Paty showed me how to put it together! During our conversations, Patty told me a little bit about the cats she tends to. It's obvious to me how much she loves cats & bonds with them. I never would have believed that I'd feel comfortable leaving my darlings with someone & go on vacation. i would never board them outside of the home. Meowtel (and especially Patricia) showed me I can feel comfortable leaving my sweeties in her care."

When one of my boys came home from the hospital just three days before a crucial work trip requiring complex medical treatments 3x a day, I was an absolute nervous wreck. My original sitter understandably had to back out due to the medical requirements, and my cats mean the absolute WORLD to me. Shadi was cat sitting her for 4 days and there couldn't have been a better, more attuned and sensible person to care for her as well as keep her stimulated. He adjusted when she needed to hide under the bed, brought her food for her, left treats laying around for her till she was ready to come out. He petted her the way i told him she likes to be petted and she became quickly affectionate and trusted him. He played with her routinely the same way she expects to with me. I know this because he sent me so many videos and pictures of her playing and eating to reassure me (the more anxiously attached one between my cat and I) that she is not down or scared. She quickly warmed up to him and he made sure to get her to her comfort zone. He answered all my questions, offered suggestions I didn't even think of and really made our lives easier. "We are beyond happy to have had Bradley come take care of our 2 cats while we were out of the country for 6 days. From the initial communication, he was quick to respond, personable, and asked questions to understand our cats needs. He was able to come out for a meet and greet to learn the ins and outs of both the apartment and cat needs. We named upfront that one of our cats would need a lot of attention, while our other one would be hiding the whole time and that was okay. He met them both perfectly at what they needed, whether it was playing with our energetic boy or respecting the space for our shy girl (while also making sure she was getting love too with treats nearby!) We received communication with multiple pictures of both the cats and their food/litter after each visit that made being away from them so much easier. It was great to see how comfortable the cats were with him! You can tell how much he understands cats from the pictures as well and how they get pets (lots of chin scritches!) He even checked if he should take out the recycling and trash - definitely not something we asked for or needed but its comforting knowing he's looking out to make us being away as easy as possible. He was a reliable and great person to have come make sure our little ones were taken care of while we were away. We have some more upcoming trips and hope to reserve him to come by then as well!"

She was always very quick to respond to my messages, and she even went back to my house after she had already left when i messaged to ask if she could turn off some of the lights. My cat LOVED her and seemed to be in really good spirits when i got home. i will definitely be booking Batsabe again in the future!"
