She just has a good “vibe” that put my mind at ease from the very moment we linked up on Zoom for the initial meet-and-greet. Natalie went the extra mile and stayed a little longer than planned because my typically outgoing, treat-obsessed calico baby was hiding and, for the first time ever, declined her favorite treat. Thankfully, the atypical-behavior turned out to be nothing (😅), and Natalie soon had my baby playing and enjoying treat time as per her usual — much to my great relief!
