Trish's Los Angeles Cat Care
"I’m so grateful to Meowtel and connecting me with recommended, Trish! Both the booking process and the service experience was great, very helpful and anxiety reducing. Being able to connect with a fellow cat owner/lover who understands the needs of our furry babies means everything to me. I was going on my longest vacation yet, so I was seeking companionship for my kitty— not just just food and water. Trish not only delivered as scheduled, but she also sent pics and vids as requested. My home was left in good order and my kitty was well cared for. Trish is very responsive, and willing to be flexible, and supportive. For example, when my flight was canceled she was willing to go an extra day if needed. Very helpful. Thank you very much, Trish!"

"Melody was incredible. She was reliable, communicative and very caring to my my cat Sophie. She sent multiple photos each day. Sophie is picky with who she likes and can be difficult with medication. Melody didn't let that stop her. She tried multiple ways to get Sophie to take her meds until she found something that worked. That means the WORLD to me that she didn't give up. I came home to a happy cat who wasn't sick. That didn't happen last time so we will be sticking with Melody!"

Patient Intuitive Reliable Cat Lover
"Lisa was an absolutely fantastic sitter for my two cats! I was traveling for 10 days, and she was incredibly reliable, especially in navigating my building's strict daily key-checkout protocol with the concierge. She gave wonderful daily updates and took excellent care of my cats—making sure my Nebelung and Russian Blue got their daily brushing and that both of them got plenty of interactive playtime to burn off their energy. It was a huge relief knowing they were in such good, attentive hands while I was away. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a communicative and professional pet sitter!"

"I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. This was my first time ever using one, and she made the whole experience easy. From the moment she walked in, she was so sweet with my cat. She was also very organized and communicative — she asked all the right questions up front and kept me updated with photos and notes. What I appreciated most was the peace of mind, knowing my cat was in such capable and caring hands. I would absolutely book her again and recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and trustworthy. Thank you!"

Amy Palmer Purrfessional
"Amy was such an excellent pet sitter, and we truly appreciated the wonderful care she provided for our cat, Mimi. She was professional, dependable, attentive, and an excellent communicator throughout our time away. She took initiative when needed and made sure all of Mimi's daily needs were taken care of—from feeding and cleaning the litter box to administering her medications. We always felt informed and confident that Mimi was in great hands. Beyond being incredibly reliable, Amy has a sharp sense of humor and a genuine love for cats that put us at ease. We loved that she affectionately nicknamed Mimi "Meemers" despite Mimi's spiciness. She was not at all intimidated by Mimi's fierceness and grouchiness. On the contrary, Amy was always in charge and I felt that Mimi respected that. Like "oh there's another alpha female here. Mmm'kay." It's those personal touches that make all the difference ^_^. We're so grateful for the care Amy gave Mimi and wouldn't hesitate to trust her with her again. We highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and trustworthy pet sitter. Thank you for taking care of Meemers Amy! We are so happy we found you!"

Tender Loving Kitty Care
"I’m so thankful I found Elizabeth to watch my two gals! First and foremost, she was quick to book my relatively last minute request. She took notes and asked questions at our meet and greet. Her updates included all status updates on things like the litterbox, auto feeder updates, water fountain, wet food, etc. As well as lots of sweet video updates of how their visits were. I could tell how happy my cats were, not only by seeing them in her video updates but, listening to how she respected both of my cats’ different boundaries (one’s a bit sassier and one’s a bit more skittish) made me feel so at ease as a helicopter pet parent. I was out of the country for a week and never had to worry about them. On top of that, she watered my many patio plants, was super communicative on where mail/packages/etc ended up, and took trash/recycle out! Last, but not least, she left a very kind “Thank You” note where I could tell that my cats were taken very well care of with how she spoke of each of them. I hope I never have to find a different cat sitter! Thank you, Elizabeth!!"

Caring And Dependable Cat Sitter
"I can’t thank Stacy enough for the care and attention she gives my cats. She went above and beyond to make sure my three cats were happy and comfortable while we were away. The best part is that she was able to gain the trust of my extra scared tuxedo cat. My cat never lets anyone get close to her or even touch her if it’s not me or my husband. But she was out and about with Stacy and even let Stacy pet her! I’m still shocked. Another great thing about Stacy is her detailed updates and pictures. We’ve worked with her twice and look forward to continuing to work with her in the future."

Voila' Cat Sitting By Helena
"Helena was fantastic. This is the first time we left our cats with anyone we hadn’t known before and we were very nervous. At the meet and greet Helena put us at ease taking lots of notes on what Mila and Niko enjoy, how we usually feed them and what times, even what are their favorite toys and how do they like to play. Which really helped make us feel more confident. Each visit our cats, who are usually shy, meet Helena at the door. Helena spent time playing with the cats before feeding them, and after each visit sent a great report with lots of photos and videos. It was so good seeing the cats all happy and clearly enjoying Helena‘s company our home was left very tidy with any cat litter cleaned up and changed as well as the kitten, food bowls and area around them being very clean, Helena totally put our mind at ease that the cats were being well looked after and we would definitely like to have Helena look after the cats again."

Your Cat's New Best Friend
"I was very nervous to leave my cat for so long, as I had never been apart from her for more than 4 days before or left her with a stranger (usually friends took care of her), but Mary responded so quickly to my booking request and that anxiety started to leave my body. Later, when I met Mary during our meet n greet and saw her interact with my cat. My cat is not always social with new people, but she was instantly sniffing and hugging Mary's legs. I felt good. I was especially impressed and relaxed by Mary's own experience with semi-feral cats. (I adopted mine as an adult and I never learned her "origin story" but I suspect she was a street cat). She is calm and communicative with cats in a way that they immediately respond to. Every day during my trip, Mary sent many pictures for both breakfast and dinner visits. I could even see in the photos that over the course of these visits that Mary was able to get my little creature out of her shell. Playtimes involved more belly-up time, less under the couch time, and Mary and my cat spent more time on the floor together. The one time something mildly negative (truly so small and outside of anyone's control) happened, she communicated quickly with the situation, how my cat responded, and how she handled the situation and my cat's spiked anxiety. The way that time zones worked out, I'd get breakfast visit pics from Mary after dinner during my trip or closer to bedtime, and this truly made a huge difference in my ability to relax on vacation. I really cannot recommend Mary enough!!!"

"This was my first time using Meowtel and I’m so happy with my choice to book Jordan! Jordan was extremely thoughtful m, communicative, and speedy with his responses. My kitties warmed up to him very quickly and he provided detailed updates with thoughtful photos. Jordan was happy to answer any questions I had and never hesitated if I asked him for additional help (to check the automatic feeder, cat camera, etc). I know that my kitties were in great care with him- will definitely book again!"

"We were so happy to meet Catherine, at the meet and greet we knew she was going to be a very friendly, kind, responsible person. With her experience as a vet tech she had no problem giving one of our cats her daily medication. We were having a new roof put on while Catherine was there and asked her to do a few unrelated tasks, which she did, all with a positive attitude. Overall, Catherine has great communication, is friendly, competent and caring, A+ for sure. Charlotte"

"This is my second time having Isabella stay with my cat and Isabella is the best! My cat tends to get fussy when I go out of town, but Isabella has a magical way with cats and makes her feel comfortable and ease. Isabella was able to put my cat’s harness on and take her outside every day, which means so much for my cat and keeps her spirits up. She is also great with my cat’s medications and keeping me updated with daily updates with photos. Truly, it makes a world of difference having Isabella stay with my cat because I know that she is in good hands and that she is happy and gets to enjoy her outside time. I can actually enjoy my vacation knowing my fur baby is well taken care of. Isabella also takes good care of my home, which makes it feel like a smooth transition when I come home. I highly recommend Isabella! I hope she’s available for all of my future trips too :)"

"If you’ve come across Shaghayegh’s profile, you really don’t need to look any further! She went above and beyond her duties as a Meowtel temporary cat Mommy, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she gave Loki and Whiskers. I knew she had taken excellent care of my cats when I came home after being away for a week and they barely seemed impressed to see me! They didn’t follow me around the house or cry for attention like they normally do when I return from a trip. Instead, it was business as usual for them — which told me they had been happy, comfortable, and well cared for while I was gone. Shaghayegh also took wonderful care of the house. When I walked through the door, I was honestly shocked that there was no strange “animal” smell. With the windows closed for a week, the hot weather, and the lack of air circulation, I expected the house to have that stuffy pet smell I’ve experienced after previous trips. Instead, the house was clean and fresh. Shaghayegh took the time to air out the house while she was there and did a fantastic job keeping the cats’ food and litter box areas clean. She even cleaned up any regurgitated food, which unfortunately can happen when my cats get stressed. Throughout the week, Shaghayegh sent me great pictures and videos and kept me updated on how Loki and Whiskers were doing. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. Coming home to happy cats and a clean, fresh-smelling house was the best feeling. Shaghayegh truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely trust her with my cats again. If you’re considering booking Shaghayegh, you can stop looking — she is a wonderful cat Mommy! 🐾❤️ "

Carrie's Cat Care
"We have worked with Carrie a few times but this was our first long reservation with her (10 days). Everything went smoothly, my cats Lola and Laurel both have pre existing health conditions (well under control but can be exacerbated by stress) and Carrie monitored them closely for potential signs and symptoms. One day Laurel started having some unusual litter box issues (it was not clear if she was developing urinary symptoms, which she is prone to, or if she was constipated) and Carrie immediately brought those issues to our attention. We were able to troubleshoot together, thankfully it was nothing serious and Carrie was able to pay our cats an additional visit that same day to give them extra attention and to make sure Laurel was feeling better. We were hugely reassured and very grateful for her attentiveness and availability. In addition, I was positively surprised by how easy it was to book an additional visit for the same day on the fly on the Meowtel portal, I had never needed to do that before. We were thrilled to be able to work with Carrie again, the peace of mind she was able to give us while we were on vacation was unparalleled and we look forward to working with her in the future. Last but certainly not least, Lola and Laurel were head over heels for Carrie, we got lots and lots of adorable purrs and cuddles videos, which made us so happy! Thank you Carrie!"

We got detailed daily reports of water levels and feedings, litter box conditions, playtime, and even pictures of under-cover lumps of the shy cats that don't come out for visitors. I was on another continent and was content to know my cats were well taken care of. Starla was extremely detail-oriented and dealt with each cat's specific quirks (ex. one of my cats likes to poop right next to the litter box) and knew all 8 by name! Would absolutely book Starla again and recommend her to any cat household."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Ellyot. She was detail-oriented, communicative, and reliable from the start. She sent thoughtful updates with beautiful photos, kept my home tidy, and consistently went the extra mile, from brushing my cats’ fur and teeth to staying longer just to spend extra time with them. When one of my cats got sick, she diligently monitored her recovery, handled medications and special meals with care, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It’s rare to find someone so responsible, attentive, and genuinely caring. I trust her completely with my cats and will absolutely continue to rely on her for future trips!"

"Luanne was nothing short of incredible taking care of our cat, Minion. He's very difficult with strangers and she met him where he was... they made amazing progress over the five days we were gone. She went above and beyond in making sure he got his meds despite his stubbornness. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Luanne again and I'd recommend her to anyone seeking a caring, communicative and responsible sitter."

"Annie took such good care of our two friendly cats and bunny while we were away for two whole weeks. Right before we left, we had some behavioral problems between our cats and had to separate them during our absence. She was able to navigate all of the last minute changes and reported back with all of the updates. Annie made us feel as though everything was fully under control back home so that we could enjoy our trip."

"This was our second time asking Courtney to take care of our cat, this time for a longer stay of two weeks, and once again she was wonderful 😊 She sent daily updates, photos, and videos that always made us smile and helped us feel connected while we were away. During one night when our cat had some vomiting and diarrhea, Courtney carefully checked for any foreign objects in both the vomit and stool, and let us know she only found a lot of fur. Thanks to her attentiveness, we were able to determine it was likely just one of our cat’s usual furball episodes instead of something more serious. She also cleaned everything up for us afterward, took out the trash on her last day, followed all of our instructions carefully, and communicated very well throughout the stay. Most importantly, it was obvious our cat was treated with genuine love and care ❤️ We trusted Courtney easily after our first experience with her, and this stay only reinforced that trust. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable cat sitter."

Amy The Cat Lady In Manhattan Beach
"We have booked Amy to take care of our cats multiple times now and we are so grateful to have her in our lives. This trip was a bit different as one of my cats wasn't eating great the day I left. I organized him to go to the vet and then when he was done Amy picked him up from the vet for us and brought him home. She also brought over all kinds of other food options to give him to try to eat. She documented everything thoroughly with pictures and videos so we could get a handle on what was going on with him. The information that she provided was critical in our decision to cut our trip short and get home to our cat. We are so grateful for the extra time that she spent with him and all the supplies she brought over and the info that she provided. She is a true cat lover and just an amazing human being."

Purrs Play And Gentle Care By Nini
"Denise was absolutely exceptional as our cat sitter. We’ve worked with her previously for drop-in visits, but this was our first time having her stay overnight, and it made a tremendous difference in our peace of mind while we were away. One of our cats, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires a very specific care routine, including subcutaneous fluids, medication, and a specialized diet. Denise handled all of this with confidence and expertise, clearly drawing from her veterinary/med tech background. She was also extremely thoughtful in managing the different dietary needs of both of our cats, ensuring everything was done correctly and consistently. Our other cat can be a bit more particular with new people, but Denise was incredibly patient, intuitive, and respectful of his personality—something we truly appreciated. It’s clear she has a natural ability to read and connect with animals. Throughout the stay, Denise provided excellent communication and updates, which gave us a lot of reassurance. We also came home to a spotless house and two very happy, well-cared-for cats. We trust Denise completely in our home and with our pets, and we will absolutely continue working with her. We’re so grateful to have found her."
