Hello! My name is Liz Michaud. I am a professional psychotherapist, experienced cat sitter, and life-long cat lover :) I am extremely trustworthy, responsible, caring, and experienced with cats. I have a background in the arts, and began my career in counseling in 2011. My job as a therapist requires me to be mindful, caring and trustworthy, and I bring those qualities to caregiving for the animals in my life too. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Gift Card Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
