While we were away, Midnight unexpectedly came out of diabetic remission and had some very concerning blood sugar readings. Danae handled the situation with such calm, compassion, and attentiveness. She quickly initiated his care, was able to start him on his insulin as directed, monitored him closely, and kept us updated every step of the way with videos, pictures, and thoughtful communication. Knowing he was in such capable hands made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to navigate from afar. She truly went above and beyond, not only meeting their daily needs but giving them extra love and attention that was obvious when we returned home. I am beyond grateful for the care she provided and would trust her with my pets again without hesitation. "I’m so thankful I found Elizabeth to watch my two gals! First and foremost, she was quick to book my relatively last minute request. She took notes and asked questions at our meet and greet. Her updates included all status updates on things like the litterbox, auto feeder updates, water fountain, wet food, etc. As well as lots of sweet video updates of how their visits were. I could tell how happy my cats were, not only by seeing them in her video updates but, listening to how she respected both of my cats’ different boundaries (one’s a bit sassier and one’s a bit more skittish) made me feel so at ease as a helicopter pet parent. I was out of the country for a week and never had to worry about them. One of our cats is very shy and usually takes a long time to warm up to new people — but Narin won him over so quickly, it honestly surprised us. You could tell she has a real, natural way with cats. "Denise was absolutely exceptional as our cat sitter. We’ve worked with her previously for drop-in visits, but this was our first time having her stay overnight, and it made a tremendous difference in our peace of mind while we were away. One of our cats, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires a very specific care routine, including subcutaneous fluids, medication, and a specialized diet. Denise handled all of this with confidence and expertise, clearly drawing from her veterinary/med tech background. She was also extremely thoughtful in managing the different dietary needs of both of our cats, ensuring everything was done correctly and consistently. Our other cat can be a bit more particular with new people, but Denise was incredibly patient, intuitive, and respectful of his personality—something we truly appreciated. It’s clear she has a natural ability to read and connect with animals. Throughout the stay, Denise provided excellent communication and updates, which gave us a lot of reassurance.
