We’ve had Ilene cat-sit for us twice, and she was fantastic! Our usually shy cat warmed up to her, even coming out to play. Ilene kept us updated on how he was doing and, when he allowed, managed to snap a couple of pictures. She was incredibly reliable and always responded promptly. I highly recommend Ilene!

Ilene did a great job taking care of our cat while we were on vacation! She was a great communicator from our first meeting through the end of our trip. She sent daily updates (with photos!) and also took in the mail. We will definitely be using Ilene to take care of our cat again!

my normal Meowtel sitter was unavailable and Ilene was a good stand-in. She had good quick communication, was willing to do extra things like water plants or pick up the mail, and bring over some wet food when I ran out. she was good about asking questions anout things i might have forgot. I would use her again if my regular was unavailable

Ilene was great and our cats are happy and healthy. She set up a meet and greet ahead of time and took notes to make sure she remembered everything. She also helped with other tasks like bringing in packages and checking on our bearded dragon. Would definitely use again!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
