Amanda was amazing. But WE already knew that because this was the second time we’ve trusted her with our fur child and our home. We had an emergency that needed to be taken care of the very first night and she didn’t hesitate to help, even though she had already come by for her scheduled visits that day. Amanda was awesome with Frida and helped us out with some other small things around the house. She was always on time, kept in touch with video and photo updates, was very respectful, and made sure to take care of every detail we asked for. She even got our shy kitty to take a treat from her hand (unheard of with this one). We will definitely have her watch Frida again.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
