My schedule is flexible and I have transportation but I prefer to stay within the Fremont/Newark area for short visits. I offer longer visits/stays for Hayward to San Jose.
I am fluent in English and Mandarin 🇹🇼.
My cat is a fussy senior lady so I have experience administering ointments, ear drops, and oral medications 💊. I learned how to administer injectables after a family with a diabetic cat taught me how to administer insulin.
I volunteered with a rabbit rescue for a year and have kept rabbits for over 10 years 🐇. I grew up with big dogs so am comfortable with all furry friends 🐕. Every one of my pets have had differing personalities so I am accustomed to personalizing my interactions so each animal is comfortable... Hello there and 你好! 2 years ago, my cat was drinking out of dirty New Orleans potholes and scrapping with local chickens to eat their feed. Now, she is snoozing on my lap as I type this. I fell in love with cats the day I met Buc-Cee's Brisket C., aka Bribby aka The Bribs. Even though I live in California, I flew back to NOLA to find and bring her home. Thousands of dollars’ worth of vet visits later, Bribby is happy and healthy and will live out the rest of her lives as royalty. Prince/Princess/Royalty treatment is a guarantee for your fur babies as I will treat them as my own.

I make jewelry as a hobby. I love dying my hair all sorts of colors (currently pink and green). I enjoy taking strolls with my mom around our neighborhood and saying hi to all the outdoor cats! Meow! I have lived in Fremont for most of my life but I have also lived in Taipei, Taiwan and Vancouver, Canada. I am a MSJHS and UC Santa Barbara alumni.

I would never sit on a cat! Jokes aside, I am the full time catsitter of my big baby Brisket since 2022.

Buc-Cee's Brisket C. aka Brisket is a 10ish year old gray shorthair lady. She shares the house with Queen Jenna, a feisty lionhead mix.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes! My cat does not get any vacation time from her job (biscuit maker).
What is your favorite cat toy?
Ear plug on a string.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Let the nervous fella approach me! I never pick up animals that are uncomfortable.

Emma did a phenomenal job!!! She followed all my instructions too. She went above and beyond for me. One of my kitty retaliated against me while I was gone that he had few accidents in my bathroom floor. Emma reported it to me and cleaned the mess very well. Her communication through out was very consistent. I highly recommend Emma and kudos to her!!! Thanks.

Emma was fantastic! We hadn't been able to take a family vacation ever since 2 of our cats were diagnosed with diabetes and thyroid condition but finding Emma made that possible. She was caring, loving and patient with our boys and provided excellent care. Her updates were detailed and purrfect too. Emma was amazing! I have an anxious senior kitty and have been nervous about leaving her with someone new. My kitty responded warmly to Emma from the beginning. Emma followed all of my detailed instructions and sent great updates including photos and a description of what happened during her visit. Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
If it doesn't feel like a purrfect fit after a Meet & Greet or during a reservation, our support team is here to help at 1-844-Meowtel (1-844-636-9835). We'll take time to understand what happened and help you consider next steps, which could include help with a new reservation.
Fremont cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $38.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
