Laurel was absolutely incredible. We were nervous about leaving our boy behind for our trip, but knowing she was caring for him made it so much easier. She sent video, pictures, and followed his routine perfectly. We will definitely book Lauren again!

I cannot recommend Laurel highly enough! From the very beginning, I knew she was going to be a great match. She took detailed notes about each of my cats—their unique behaviors, preferences, and feeding routines—which immediately put me at ease. While I was away, she was meticulous in every aspect of their care: preparing their food exactly the way they like it, keeping their litter boxes spotless, and even spending quality time playing with them. On top of that, she left my home absolutely pristine. I was able to truly relax on my trip knowing that my cats were not only well taken care of, but genuinely cared for. She’s a true professional and a gem to find!

Another purrrrfect and seamless experience with Meowtel and the amazing Laurel. We had to leave our two senior kitties for about a month - and did not worry for a single moment about their wellbeing. Laurel was a perfect cat sitter! I am a new cat owner and it was first time for me to ask somebody we didn’t know to look after my cat in my house. I was nervous before I contacted Laurel but she is very responsive and knowledgeable about cats so I was relived. Every time she came to my house for catsitting, she texted me with some photos to show me my cat and how she took care of things. Laurel is a fantastic sitter! She is extremely detailed in her first meeting visit, and checked for updates before starting the first visit. thank goodness! one of my cats needed a diet change and medication. Laurel handled both flawlessly, provided great, detailed updates with lots of photos and videos. she even went out of her way to get extra things for the kitties so they could be their happiest, healthiest selves. there is no one better than Laurel!

Laurel was fantastic! She took a lot of time during the initial visit to take copious notes about the care for our babies. We immediately felt like we were in good hands and that she was serious about providing quality care. We have a 9 year old female Ragdoll and another is a year old Maine Coon. She gave helpful tips for us to use generally for ongoing care and during her visits, she arrived on time, sent videos, and followed every instruction to the letter. I absolutely would recommend her for other cat parents out there and already booked her for sitting for another trip.

Our cat had great time with Laurel while we were gone. She sent us videos daily of greetings, feeding, play and everything related our cat’s care. She was really meticulous following instructions and doing everything right. Importantly, Our cat loved her and they bonded right away.

Laurel is a fantastic catsitter! She really understands cats and cat owners. We were hesitant to leave our darling cats, since we hadn’t done so for over a year, but Laurel’s nightly photo and video updates put us at ease. She made sure they were well fed and groomed and then spent time each night playing with and/or cuddling each of them. She also took great care of our plants and cleaned up a nasty ant invasion. Our return home was seamless. We recommend Laurel enthusiastically and without hesitation!

Laurel is an incredible cat caretaker! I’ve been fortunate to have many great cat caretakers through Meowtel, and she is perhaps the best thus far. I was impressed from the initial free “meet and greet” visit where Laurel brought her own detailed checklist she created and took notes of everything I said about the cats, where their food and litter is, their preferences, etc. She asked great questions and the cats liked her right away. She is super responsive, very professional, and friendly/great to interact with. She even went above and beyond with bringing extra supplies the cats needed that we didn’t have at home while we were out of town. All around had a fantastic experience and plan to hire Laurel for every trip away, going forward!

Laurel is outstanding! She’s watched our two cats a few times now and is our go-to sitter whenever we leave town. We always feel at ease when they’re in her care. Our older cat recently experienced some health issues and dietary changes, and Laurel stopped by to review the new routine and meds before we left, taking careful note of everything. All went perfectly smoothly, and both cats were so content and healthy when we returned. They both think Laurel is the cat’s meow, and we do too!

Laurel is the best! The only Meowtel badge I can’t give her is the one having to do with medication because our kitties don’t take any. She has taken care of our kitties on several occasions now. Her care and attention to detail is exceptional. The kitties love her - even our very shy one who hides for days when someone other than family walks in the door - comes out to greet Laurel the minute she walks in. Her most recent caretaking was at the very last minute — we had a death in the family and had to leave the country right away. She stepped up and took care of things even though there was no chance to ready things for her — well above and beyond anything even a Meowtel customer has come to expect.

Laurel is amazing at what she does. She kept us constantly updated the entire weekend with photos and videos of our little ones that gave us relief, and she went above and beyond to replicate the way I take care of them, from the way I feed them and wipe them down as well as taking care of my plants while I'm gone. Once again, Laurel the Purrfessor has earned 10 stars, but is limited by the program to an award of five. Family circumstances required a nearly 3-week absence from home, which would have been stressful had it not been for Laurel's expert and watchful care over the kitties and our home in general. She even noticed a plant that had fallen off the terrace and plunked it into a new pot (and it's now thriving). Just one example of the initiative she demonstrates when visiting the kitties. And, the kitties were so calm and happy when I returned -- met me at the door, said hello, and then looked beyond me as if to say, "Okay, you are home, that's nice. Now where is our Laurel???" How great is that?

Laurel was an amazing cat sitter for my older cat, Cleo. My cat started a special diet shortly before going out of town and Laurel gave such thourough updates throughout the weekend. It made me feel so comfortable knowing we had someone so caring watching over our cat while we were out of town.

Laurel has sat for our kitties a couple different times now. She is loving and diligent with everything about their care from cleanup to playtime to treats. The Meowtel site is easy to navigate and making reservations is a snap. That's nice. But, what is amazing and wonderful is the level of care afforded our selected cat sitter, Cat Purrfessor. She showed up exactly when she promised, provided excellent loving care to our two older cats, and stayed in touch (including sending very fun videos and reporting on the all-important subject of litter box developments). What's more, the shy one who *never* comes out of hiding when a non-family person comes in, not only appeared, but was totally in love with the Purrfessor by the second day. I returned home after several days to find happy, relaxed kitties. The entire experience was so stress-free. Now, concerns about kitty care when I'm gone is no longer an issue.
