Hey there! I'm Natalie and I can't wait to be your next cat sitter. I was first introduced to cats at age 5 and have been an avid cat-lover ever since. When I was 7 my parents took me to pick out a cat of my own. We came home with two kittens; one super social kitten, and her shy sister. They passed away a few years ago, leaving two cat-sized holes in my life. My dad recently got two new kittens, but I no longer live at home, so I don't see them frequently. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
