Cats unlike dogs offer such a special human like connection you can't get anywhere else. Besides my love for them, I'm overall extremely diligent and make sure to follow directions very precisely! In my past I was a vet tech for a while at Mid Peninsula Animal Hospital, so l am very familiar with my way around cats and their meds! Our cat has diabetes which requires two shots a day and Mike has been great about keeping him on schedule when we're away. Our cat took to him very quickly and enjoys his visits with Mike. He's very good with our cat and seems like a "natural" cat person. I really like that he sends us pictures/videos after each visit so we can rest assured when we're away traveling. If you're looking for a great cat sitter - especially one with vet tech experience - Mike is a great choice!

Mike took care of my cat while I was away at a conference. He did a great job and I fully recommend him! I could tell from the meet & greet that Mike has a very gentle approach to meeting new cats, so whether your cat is outgoing or likes its distance, Mike will listen to the cat and respect that. My cat also takes a probiotic (which always made me a little nervous to find someone to take care of her), but Mike has experience giving medications to cats and he had no trouble following the steps every day to give it to her! Mike also sent me an update every day with a message and photos and videos of my cat which was a great touch, just to confirm he made it and that my cat was doing well! I will definitely hire Mike again!

Mike did a great job taking care of Patitas! This was our first week long trip leaving him alone with someone to check on him and we were worried about he’d do. But Mike updated us with pictures and videos and reassured us that he was doing great and Patitas had warmed up to him! This eased our anxieties and we were able to enjoy our trip! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
