I can’t say enough about how thankful we were to find Chen! We have three very shy and very quirky cats, and Chen was extremely kind and patient and took the time to gently draw each of them out of their shells. I was already extremely nervous about leaving them for a week when one of the cats suffered an injury to his leg that required oral medication and monitoring. I was ready to stay home, but Chen was completely unfazed and went all in on providing top notch care! We received regular updates full of photos and details about what was happening at home. She wasn’t afraid to ask questions and somehow even managed to charm the little gremlins into not only eating properly, but also peacefully!! I can’t believe how quickly they warmed up to her and how well they responded to her visits! Chen was so easy to work with and is absolutely wonderful - we will definitely be using her services again! 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Chen is a great cat sitter: fast and prompt response and replies to questions, requests; made the process easy; and took amazing care of my cat (my cat gets gunky eyes from tears, and without even asking me, kept his eyes and face super clean). Even with bad weather all weekend, she was there on a consistent schedule to feed, and spend time playing with my cat. My cat took to Chen right away, and I knew he was in great hands as she was super gentle and calm with him. She messaged me with photos and videos of my car and followed up with any concerns she may have had (ie. bowl patterns, favorite toys etc). I highly recommend Chen and will definitely reach out to her for future cat sitting needs!

Wonderful experience with Chen! We were in a bind with last-minute travel plans, and her responsiveness and open communication really put us at ease. She was very intuitive with our shy little girl, and sent us pictures and videos showing that she was accepting the pets and affection while we were gone. We'll be booking with Chen again!

Chen was amazing with my kittens (two 1.5 year old cats). They needed attention when I'm not around. My cats were even open to pets from Chen (they usually are skeptical of people who are not me). She gave them plenty of attention, and she played with them. I received a lot of cute pictures and videos, pics of food and litter and updates. She also let me know about hairball and cleared it. Chen was superb and brought me peace of mind while traveling. I came back home after ten days to a very happy and well-fed cat. Chen made sure to spend time with my cat and play with him which was super important to me. Also, the daily pictures of my happy cat helped me rest easy that everything was going well.
